Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. Our sun terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a magical setting.

In the restaurant at Hotel Pider, we offer refined cuisine that celebrates Ladin tradition and the culinary excellence of Italy. We use fresh, local ingredients such as mountain cheese, speck, and wild mushrooms to create authentic and flavorful dishes. Our specialties include "Cajinci t'ega," ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, and "Turtres." Our chef also prepares delicious Mediterranean dishes like homemade pasta and grilled meats. The restaurant, with its cozy and rustic ambiance, provides an intimate setting where you can savor every bite in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Our cocktail bar with a unique and surprising character. You will be surprised by the location, for its delicate extravagance and the view of the Dolomites, and you will be conquered by our refined collection of gin, by the unusual proposal of cocktails, but, above all, by the passion of our barman. He does not mix ingredients already prepared, but first of all he creates them: a long list of homemade products that are created by the processing of fresh fruit and spices. Then, as an alchemist, he combines these ingredients into unique and complex cocktails that bear his signature. And if you can’t choose, just let him know your tastes, he will create a cocktail uniquely yours.

The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990. Founded as a small ski-restaurant at the top of the ‘Bioch’ chairlift, today it offers a modern experience combining tradition and sustainability. The gastronomic philosophy is based on fresh, local ingredients, emphasising products from the Ladin valleys, with a focus on South Tyrolean wines, thanks to which, in 2020, we were the first hut to be awarded the prized ‘South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award’. More than 1,200 wine labels, 80 % from South Tyrol.Quality catering, wine tastings, special events such as the Gourmet Skisafari, the Wine Skisafari, Cujiné te ütia, Sommelier on the slopes, Saus dl Altonn, thanks to a team of which we are very proud.

Ütia Paraciora has a family atmosphere, ready to welcome anyone who wants to get to know our valley. Visiting the Ütia Paraciora means immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Dolomites, tasting the local cuisine and experiencing the warm welcome typical of Alta Badia. It all began on 26 December 1993 with the Castlunger family. The years have passed, but the hospitality and the warmth of the management have remained and we would like to welcome you. Ütia Paraciora is a refuge located between the villages of Badia and La Villa and is a point of reference for those who want to stop for a bite to eat, a short break or to recharge their batteries. It's open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it. It's the ideal place to try some traditional or grilled dishes, but a good aperitif at sunset on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Dolomites, wouldn't be bad either, would it? The Hotel Gran Ciasa is located in the centre of Colfosco, a beautiful small mountain village in Alta Badia.

Our mountain hut was built in the year 2000, and you can find us on the red slope of San Cassiano (no. 12). We prepare homemade local dishes, offer gluten-free options, and the traditional "Kaiserschmarrn." We are accessible from the red slope of San Cassiano, the sledding track, as well by foot from San Cassiano in about an hour, starting from the valley station of Piz Sorega. Once a week, we organize a dinner at the hut by reservation, with transport provided by snow cat. On December 31st, we also organize a New Year's Eve dinner, again on reservation. Our team will be pleased to be at your disposal to meet your needs in the best possible way. We are open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The menu of our small bistro offers a variety of snacks with local products, cold cuts, cheeses, caprese, oven-baked pizzas, soups, different types of sandwiches, and toast.

Typical South Tyrolean dishes and the best creations of Italian cuisine are served in the elegant restaurant whose walls tell the Ladin myths through the paintings of Prof. Roller.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.
