An restaurant with a difference in the luscios Villnöss Valley. Chef Oskar Messner adds his own personal touch to traditional dishes and surprises guests with his unique creations. Most ingredients are directly sourced from local farmes, such as the award-winning lamb from Villnöss spectacled sheep.

This mountain inn lies at the foot of the Geisler group surrounded by spruce and pine woods. It is a genuine island of peace and relaxation at the starting point of numerous walks and hiking trails, directly alongside the Adolf-Munkel Weg. The homemade delicacies were filled with fresh herbs which came from the inn's own garden.

The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!

Holidays in South Tyrol... enjoying without remorse! Our chef Walther and his team will spoil you with South Tyrolean specialities and Italian cuisine. You will enjoy refined regional dishes combined with light Mediterranean cuisine. Walther focuses on the use of herbs, which he grows in his herbal garden. He also grows lettuce and vegetables in his garden. Walther loves to cook and bake: home-made bread, cakes like out of a professional pastry, home-made pasta and other culinary delights.

Tasty homemade specialities made from natural ingredients from mountain pastures together with fine wines from Peter's wine cellar await you.

Our kitchen team looks forward to pampering you with freshly prepared dishes such as goulash and dumplings, pasta, mushroom dishes, wild game dishes, barbecue specialities (every Sunday through the summer), our home-made Kaiserscharrn, apple strudel and much more. Sit and enjoy a glass of our home-made juice (elderberry, blackcurrant etc) and indulge yourself with our specialities. The family-run hut offers Tyrolean cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The Saltner hut is situated close to the Florian ski slope and the Saltria bus stop.

The comfy get-together, animated conversations about adventures, paths and destinations, perhaps also stories about mountains, animals and people, of myth and reality .

Surrounded by the mountains of the Dolomites, directly at the beginning of the Natural Park Sciliar-Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the Tschamin Schwaige.

Opened daily from 11.30 a.m.! Naturally we serve you typical South Tyrolean dishes and specialties in the restaurant. Vegetarian and food on a biological basis are marked with corresponding symbols lactose and embers-free; to simplify your choice! Enjoy your leisuretime on our big sunroof or in the comfortable hut!

Restaurant Edelweiss is located between Tires and St. Zyprian, just off the main road.

Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.
