The Dreischusterhütte hut offers every day typical regional dishes: amongst all the delicacies they suggest especially tasty dumplings with goulash, the Kaiserschmarrn with cranberries (Grantn) and the homemade "Äpfelkiachlan" with vanilla ice cream, the specialty of the house.

Our Restaurant is located directly at the skilift at Dobbiaco and at the cross-country track who goes to Villabassa. In the summer our restaurant is located in the middle of a field. Our cuisine is very famous for tipical dishes

The bar is located in the heart of the sports facilities and offers a wonderful view of the climbing hall or the outdoor swimming pool. Enjoy aromatic coffee on the sun terrace or delicious, fresh drinks in the cool bar.

And our regional old wood provides real cosiness on two floors. As local innkeepers, the quality of the food is very important to us. That's why we mainly serve fresh and regional food. That's why we get the ingredients for our dishes, among other things, directly from our local organic farm or get them from the butcher and the alpine dairy we trust in Sesto. At Zin Fux we cook with heart. We serve small and large hot meals from midday to evening. With our playground and alpacas, even the little ones won't get bored.

n the meantime, we have a large vegetable field and a herb garden, which is Julius' passion. Since he also likes to be creative in the kitchen, he has now found his place on the farm. The traditional parlour and kitchen have stood unoccupied for long enough, now something new begins. He processes everything from the field, the garden, the cheese cellar and our animals into delicious local and creative dishes. We as a family actively support him in this. Natural flavours, fresh produce, unique raw milk cheese, bacon and Kaminwurzen and meat from farm animals are our food - in other words, means to live. We put great importance on menus of choice, salad buffet and breakfast buffet. All dishes are prepared with love of detail and fresh, local ingredients of the season. For your meal we can suggest great local and national wines.

You'll find delicious dishes with fresh fishes, pasta and pizza. There are different desserts like apple pie and "Kaiserschmarn" made by us.

The newly constructed hut amidst the impressive Dolomites on 2.164 m, offers a beautiful sun terrace and a Tyrolean snuggery where you can enjoy delicious South Tyrolean food. You can reach the family managed hut from Ponticello over the hiking trail no. 4 (time required: ca. 2 1/2 hours), from Prato Piazza over the hiking trail no. 3 (time required: ca. 3-4 hours) or from the lake of Braies over the hiking trail no. 4 (time required: ca. 3 hours). In the winter time the Rossalm hut is open from the beginning of februray till the end of march!
