We offer a substantial breakfast buffet with a wide choice. There are gourmet delicacies, many South Tyrolean and Italian specialities and a good drop of wine from our wellsupplied cellar. We want you to enjoy more than just the wonderful natural landscape of the Eggental Valley. The landlord himself creates our South Tyrolean specialities with a Mediterranean touch and spoils you with unforgettable culinary treats. In autumn we are pleased to serve traditional "Törggelen" dishes, chestnuts and new wine in our farmhouse parlour or in the "Selchkuchl" (curing kitchen).

The Ganischgeralm is in one of the sunniest locations in the heart of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar – Obereggen, at the foot of Latemar, in Pampeago. Ganischgeralm, the highest Beer-garden of the Alps, is easy to reach following one of the hiking and mountain bike paths, or skiing on the slopes of the Ski Centre Latemar, or with the chairlift from Pampeago. Taste the traditional dishes, such as pork’s or calves’ knuckles combined with a delicious fresh beer and a 360° view to the amazing Dolomites. In winter, every day from 2 pm our DJs start the warm up with best beats directly in the red & white umbrella. You can reach the Ganischgeralm from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Welcome! The Marxnkeller restaurant opened for the first time in 1981 and was run as a family business for 30 years. The restaurant was closed for 10 years and after renovation and redesign was reopened in July 2022. Combining tradition and modernity, we use high-quality, mostly farm-produced and local products in our innovative dishes.
