Your potential vacation apartment is located in a calm and sunny area only 10 km from the city center. Two of our apartments (4 to 5 people) are on the ground level with parking directly in front of the house. This is very convenient for people who may prefer not to access the apartments by stairs. Each apartment has a balcony and a lawn area, which makes it ideal for families with children and dogs. The third apartment was recently built and includes brand new furnishings. The largest (80 sqm) of the three apartments is located on the top level and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. This apartment also has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Each apartment includes use of washing machine, full kitchen: refrigerator, oven, cookingware and TV. The location of the house is perfect for a variety of hiking trips to the Dolomites (1/2 hour), the Zillertaler-Alpes (1/2 hour) and the Rieserferner Mountain Zone (1 hour).
