On the one hand, it is particularly important for us to bring the regional cuisine to our guests, as we have known it since our childhood. However, we would also like to offer our guests perfected Mediterranean cuisine. Our talented chef fuses these two traditions, creating new and extraordinary dishes. We pay close attention to the ingredients used, following a simple principle: We only purchase products that we would personally use when cooking for our own children. Likewise, when buying products, we buy from local suppliers. Following these principles is important to us. On request!
