We seduce in the spring with fresh wild garlic dishes, as well as with the unique Biospargel from Kastelbell.
It offers in summer salads, fresh strawberries and raspberries and sweet delights, such as the Passo apricot dumplings with Zimtbrösel.

Our wine list offers exquisite white and red wines from renowned wineries, as well as fresh wine from Passo winemakers. Homemade juices from elderflower, strawberry, lemon balm are home-made.

Our cottage is located at the Sella Pass in the heart of the Dolomites mountains with a wonderful panoramic view of the Marmolada glaciar, the Sella massiv and the Sassolungo group. The Sella Pass forms together with the Pordoi Pass, the Gardena Pass and the Campolongo Pass the four-pass-trip, known from the skiers and the treckers as the "Sellaronda".
The newly opened Alm on Trumsberg offers a unique mountain experience on the Vinschger Sonnenberg not only for hikers but also for bikers.

Our restaurant is located in the center of Naturns. In the three cozy dining areas we serve you with local cuisine and regional specialties or try one of over 40 different pizzas.
Kuppelrain is framed by trees and shrubs, you will find us directly at the small cozy station of Castelbello which has been modernized lately.
Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed.
For some time, daughter Natalie Trafoier is now fully entered the family business. As a trained pastry chef and Patissière can expand our extensive range in our Bistrot perfect.
