In the modern Vinothek in the main building of the winery, wine lovers, winegrowers and visitors alike should feel at home, enjoying a good glass of wine at the bar, but also being able to taste various wines. The focal point of the vinotheque is the elliptical bar counter. It symbolizes a large oak barrel and connects the cosy bar area with the tasting area.
The culinary world of Hotel Eller is a composition of the Mediterranean cuisine and traditional South Tyrolean delights.
Our chefs prepare perfect menus in traditional style. Our excellently prepared delicacies range from a solid breakfast with our homemade bacon to a first class gala menu put together with great refinement. The Schneeburghof is located on the most beautiful observation deck from Dorf Tirol/Tirolo, in the middle of plantations from orchards. From Friday to Wednesday from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm we offer South Tyrolean specialities. In the afternoon we serve homemade apple strudel.
