La Spezialité was founded in 2020 from our idea. We are Patrick and Sylvia, husband and wife. Combining our food knowledge, we personally and sustainably seek out authentic and genuine products offered by the farms and small producers of South Tyrol. La Spezialité offers a complete food proposal, with a wine selection, homemade desserts, and a section for artisanal cosmetics.

One of our goals is to introduce our customers to the taste and tradition of our valleys.

Alto Adige’s smallest “teaching dairy”.  Come and see how butter, cheese dairy products,... are made from milk: you’ll be amazed and learn many interesting things. There is also a farm-store where the Huber family sells their products. Hay-milk and grass-fed products: various types of semi-hard cheese, cream cheese, curd cheese, butter and natural, fruit and drinking yogurt.

At the moment it is not possible to visit the cheese dairy. The farm shop is open.

The tourist information center is located in Luttach/Ahrntal valley, directly on the main road. Moreover, the building has a public toilet and only a few metres away a public car park and numerous shopping possibilities. Here you will find all sorts of tourist informations about the Holiday area Ahrntal valley and we will be happy to help you to find an accommodation. Also for other questions, problems and wishes contact our staff members. The team always keep informative material on hand for you, the events calendar of the whole valley and informs you about attractions, restautants, bars, ... and offers numerous proposals for cycling and hiking tours. Sport Alfredo is your shop for sports clothing and equipment in Corvara. Here you can find everything you need to experience the mountains. During the winter season the shop is open daily from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 7 pm, ski hire from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, and at weekends the ski hire shop is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm.
