The friendly kiosk Otto is located directly on the cycle path in Neumarkt and offers everything related to the South Tyrolean apple and plenty of regional specialties. For over 10 years, they have been dedicated to marketing and refining their agricultural products. Regionality and sustainability are important to them, which is why they exclusively market their own and South Tyrolean specialties (0 km).

The organic apiary Platterhof is situated in Marlengo, a small village near Merano.

Georg Eller keeps his bees in untreated wooden beehives in Marlengo, Passeiertal Valley and Vinschgau Valley in order to obtain different kinds of honey. He only chooses organic treatments for maintaining their health, in that way the honey preserves its healthy and natural properties.

Our cooperative runs a "colorful" shopping center in the heart of Castelrotto, the main town of the Sciliar area. In our small farm shop you can taste and purchase all the variety of our cheeses: young,
semi-aged or aged; made with raw or thermised milk; with a pure taste or flavored with herbs,
flowers or pine. It is also possible to buy yogurt, ricotta, fresh milk and spreadable cheese
(robiola), as well as our homemade desserts.

Enjoy delicious, top-quality meat, sausages, hams and tasty Speck Alto Adige as well as a tempting assortment of cheeses and other specialities from Siebenförchers high-class butcher‘s.

The Gatscher cheese dairy (Gatscherhof) was founded in 2005, with farmer Josef specializing in the production of cheese, yoghurt, and butter, as well as special cheeses such as juniper cheese, grey cheese and more. The cheese dairy has already won several awards. Electricity is produced sustainably. The heating is powered by waste products from the nearby located mountain pine oil distillery. In cooperation with the local tourism association, once a week there is a guided tour with tasting and production of fresh cheese. Participants can experience animal husbandry and the production of agricultural products in the farm and in the dairy.
