The Marling table tennis club invites you to the traditional "Törggelen" Festival on Sunday, October 12, from 10:00 to 18:00 on the Marling fairground. The multi-coloured autumn leaves and trees invites you with sweet ripe apples, beckon visitors to visit the Natz-Schabs High Apple Plateau. For a week in autumn, everything revolves around the apple, giving rise to a series of events. The Apple Festival is held on the second Sunday in October and is the climax of the autumn celebrations in Natz. The highlight is a big parade and the awarding of the Apple Queen title.

A rich supporting program: performances by folk and musical groups, all accompanied by typical local gastronomy.

Every year after the village festival in St. Jacob, on Monday the market "Segra Sacun" will be held in the pedestrian area of Ortisei. The “Segra Sacun” market is the largest market of the year, which is filled with numerous stands that offer culinary delights and craft products. According to an ancient tradition, girls and women, on the occasion of this day, will be gifted with decorated pears as a sign of sympathy and love.

Enjoy autumnal delicacies such as roasted chestnuts and refreshing Suser (new wine). The music group „Mir & Sui“ entertains with atmospheric music.

Local Wines, Fine Delicacies, and Lively Music: In autumn, Tramin Wine Lane is all about seasonal delights and sociable gatherings. With the traditional Tramin Wine Lane, the people of Tramin celebrate the golden autumn and its treasures each year. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, visitors from near and far will once again flock to the festively decorated village lane, where all sorts of culinary delights from kitchen and cellar await tasting. Here’s how it works: After paying a €5 deposit, you’ll receive a beautiful glass bearing the Tramin coat of arms. With it, you can sample the finest wines from Tramin’s wineries at the various stands. The prices for individual wines are displayed at each stand. The celebrations of the "Wine Alleyway", in the heart of the historic centre of Termeno which is open only to pedestrians, is an appointment not to be missed: the best Traminer wines will be offered in cups made for this very occasion along with special South Tyrolean delicacies in an atmosphere of music and folklore.

The VKE - Naturno section - invites all families to the autumn festival - an entertaining afternoon for young and old: craft station, face painting, VKE bus, roasting chestnuts and sale of drinks and pastries.

Experience the autumnal tradition of South Tyrol at the popular Törggelen Festival in St. Oswald! Enjoy traditional dishes, exquisite wines and live music. From 11 a.m. you will be served typical Törggelen specialties by the St. Oswald fire brigade. Various music groups play from 11:30 am.

The "Welsberger Kirta" starts with the festive parade of the Music village band of Monguelfo at 10:45 am. through the Village center. Keschtnriggl - Chestnut days. The Chestnut Weeks and the Törggelen in Merano and Environs have been a South Tyrolean Tradition for years. Chestnut days in Tesimo/Tisens - Prissiano/Prissian, Foiana/Völlan and Lana gets ist Name from the "Keschtnriggl" - a hand-braided basket for Peeling roast chestnuts. For three weeks, a colourful Event Programme is put on for visitors: Chestnut walks, torchlight processions from castle to castle and the "Keschtnfestl" feast in Foiana, with Music, farmers market, chestnut delicates and traditional crafts. The aromatic fruit with ist spiky Shell, grows particularly well in Merano and Environs, and during this green Event has pride of place in the specialities of traditional inns and prestigious Restaurants, as well as in exquisite chestnut products such as sweet chestnut hearts, aromatic chestnut beer, hearty chestnut stollen, tasty chestnut spraed, luxuriant chestnut cake, fluffy chestnut bread, the excellent chestnut panettone as well as the noble chestnut praline.

During the Chestnut Days "KESCHTNRIGGL", everything revolves around the "Tisner Kescht" (Chestnut of Tesimo). During the Chestnut Days, menus in selected restaurants feature specially created chestnut dishes. The chestnut is the protagonist of numerous events during the Chestnut Days KESCHTNRIGGL.

The feast of the town in Ferrara of Braies Valley is organized on the pre-last weekend of October. On Saturday is positioned the "Kirtamichlbam" (the traditional tree) by the no-married young boys. In the evening is organized the "Kirtaball" (dance party) with a DJ and traditional music. On Sunday the day begins with a good Bayern breakfast with "Weißwurst" and beer. Typical dishes are served for lunch. In the afternoon the "Kirtamichl" is taken off and around it you can listen live music: in the end you can win the traditional "Kirtamichlbam".
