During a guided tour of our winery in St. Martin, many exciting and interesting things await you. We will tell you passionately about the harvest, winemaking and wine and let you share in our art of winemaking. The traditional Brenner market takes place every 5th and 20th of the month throughout the year. If this day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then the market takes place on Saturday before. At the market stalls many different interesting things, such as clothing, utensils and goodies for snacking are waiting. The market takes place every summer from 8.30 to 14.30 During the winter months, it opens from 9.00 to 14:00

Experience the tradition of the "Donacia" and the Three Kings at the Christmas market in Corvara, a Ladin tradition that is still preserved today! The Donacia, the Ladin Befana and an old witch, comes with a large broom to sweep away the old year and drive out evil spirits. For the children who have behaved well, she brings a sweet surprise! She is accompanied by the Three Kings, Caspar, Melchior, and Balthasar, who visit the Baby Jesus and honor him with songs, gold, frankincense, and myrrh. These ancient traditions, full of songs, gifts, and rituals, make the Epiphany a special moment you won't want to miss.

We propose cooking lessons based on simple ingredients. You can learn about our traditional Ladin cooking linked to local traditions. In a few hours, you can learn to cook and finally enjoy some Ladin specialities. The cook speaks Italian and German. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

Every Thursday starting at 5:00 p.m., marked slopes are opened for ski hikers. You can enjoy delicious specialties at the Pichlberg and Sunnolm restaurants. Registration necessary.

Every Thursday from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, a special atmosphere awaits you at the Paolina Hut, in the heart of the Carezza Dolomites ski area. Enjoy the captivating sounds of the traditional music band "Sandler Musik" and indulge in the warm hospitality and delicious homemade cuisine. This winter, the Watles adventure mountain once again invites you to enjoy sporty and culinary adventures at 2,000 metres! All this awaits you at the ski touring and snowshoe evening on Watles Adventure Mountain. Sports enthusiasts can trudge up the designated trails on touring skis or snowshoes to the Höfer Alm alpine pasture, where hot drinks and good food await them afterwards. Be part of the fun! The Dumpling Pleasure Marathon – An event where active fun, nature and cuisine come together! Along the 50 km Val Casies cross-country trail, skiers can join at many access points and set their own pace. Walkers use the signposted winter hiking paths that lead past participating venues. From 11:00–16:00, hosts serve dumpling specialities – from hearty speck dumplings to beetroot and herb dumplings, through to dumplings with goulash; for dessert, sweet dumplings. It’s about the experience, not the race.

On Wednesday of each week you can ski from one alpine hut to the next and taste the Bestof togheter with a specialized sommelier. The tasting includes various hand made milk products from local dairy cooperatives. A ski instructor takes care of you and will bring you back safely.

Activities with the ambassadors of the Ladin tradition. Together with Hannes, you'll discover the fascinating world of pastry. Step by step, he will guide you through refined techniques and small touches that make each creation unique. You'll see how simple ingredients can turn into tre delights - from traditional local sweets to his own signature specialities. An afternoon full of creativity and flavor awaits you: an experience that will let you feel the magic of pastry up close. The experience will be held in Italian and German. In the evening we set off for a special experience in the mountains. We enjoy the tranquility of the atmosphere and hike togheter on the Alpe di Siusi and experience the magic of the full moon, while I am going to tell you interesting stories about the area. To conclude our hike we stop for dinner at the Gostner hut.

The farmers' market is once again taking place this year in the leisure center in Sulden. Farmers' markets are a fantastic opportunity to present local products, craftsmanship and culinary specialities. A variety of fresh produce, handmade products and regional delicacies offered by local producers and artisans.

Discover at your own pace the delicious specialties the city has to offer. Learn interesting background stories and experience what makes this place unique in many ways. We have prepared five delightful riddles that highlight the gourmet features of the city and introduce some specialties that are only found in Merano or are produced exclusively in this city. After successfully solving the five puzzles, you can collect the treasure.

A genuine high-altitude delight, set in the very heart of the Dolomites. Enjoy the winter sunrise!

With the cablecar Speikboden and the chairlift Sonnklar it goes up to 2.400m in the early morning, right in the middle of the Ahrntal mountains. Once arrived at the top, you have the opportunity to hike to the Sonnklar Cross, which is only 10 minutes away, or you can enjoy the first sunrays directly at the panoramic tower.

The restaurant Sonnklar and the Schüsslerhof offer you a breakfast afterwards - registration for the breakfast required!

For the first track on the slopes, it can be used the cablecar Speikboden, the conveyor belt "Tottomandl" and the chairlift Sonnklar during continuous opening hours. No special ticket is necessary for this, all regular lift tickets are valid (which can be booked online or purchased at the ticket office even on the day of the special ride). All other lifts will open at 08.30 am.

EXCLUSIVE SKIING EXPERIENCE WITH BREAKFAST ON THE SEISER ALM Here is the reason why you should get up early during your ski holiday: On five days in March and April (Wednesdays) three ski lifts open alternately and exclusively at 7:00 am. Early birds have the opportunity to cross the freshly groomed and deserted slopes and enjoy the special morning atmosphere on Europe's largest mountain plateau, while being accompanied by ski instructors and receiving valuable tips. At 9:00 a.m. breakfast is served in the mountain hut. During the rich alpine breakfast with many delicious products from South Tyrol you can enjoy the morning sun and recharge your batteries before you head straight back to the slopes. A sunset aperitif makes your ski day in the Carezza ski area truly special. In the Laurins Lounge, the highest panoramic lounge in South Tyrol, you can unwind and enjoy the moment. While toasting with friends, the Catinaccio rocks turn a stunning red, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The Sunset Skiing Aperitif takes place on four Thursdays in March. The König Laurin cable car will remain open until 5 PM, allowing you to enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the slopes.
