The kitchen team at the Ansitz Jakoberhof combine traditional farmer’s dishes of Val Gardena with Italian delicacy. It also prepares appropriate plates for guests with special diets or food allergies. While it’s only possible to choose delicious dishes from our restaurant menu at lunch time (between 12 – 14.00 pm) you may also take part at the daily 4 course dinner menu with salad and cheese buffet we serve our hotel guests in the evenings. A vast choice of wines on our wine list will round off the chosen dishes and give you the best experience.
