South Tyrolean Bread and Strudel Market
"Our Daily Bread" takes centre stage in this event showcasing bread and strudel. It provides a wealth of information on historical development, how bread came to feature in local traditions and folklore, recipes, baking through to the old bakery. Children´s entertainment includes a bakery of their own. Visitors can taste the products of South Tyrol´s bakeries and pastry cooks including authentic South Tyrolean bread varieties, original apple strudel and traditional culinary specialities from the various valley communities.
