    • 500 g leeks, cut into rings
    • 40 g butter
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 1 l broth
    • Salt
    • white pepper
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg
    • 125 g cream


Sautee leeks in the butter, dust with flour. Slowly add broth and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let cook for 10-15 minutes. Add cream.
