Alpine huts serving fine delicacies with panoramic views. Adventurous via ferratas. Entertaining family parks. Worthwhile hikes. Or bike trails leading back down into the valley. Just a few clicks and you will receive all the information you need for your safe vacation. We look forward to seeing you!
The 6-seater chairlift Stella Alpina serves easy and panoramic slopes in the Stella Alpina valley. To the north the view extends from Mt. Sassongher to Mt. Ciampac while to the south it rests on the Val Mezdì in the Sella Group.
Two blue slopes descend from the Stella Alpina chairlift. On one of the two the Funzone Edelweiss was created, an action area & with a speed track, a slopestyle for children and a funline. The Funline, with steep curves, wave paths, jumps and obstacles, guarantees fun and adrenaline for young and old.The Kids Slopestyle is instead a snow park designed specifically for children and beginners.
The Doninz 4-seater chairlift departs from La Villa – in the meadow next to the state road. The Doninz slope, easy and wide (blue track) is much loved by ski schools that often take their courses there. Once a week, thanks to the lighting, night skiing is possible. In addition, during the winter the ski schools organize several evening ski shows.
The mountain community of Vöran/Verano, situated on the Tschögglberg Mountain Plateau, is one of the sunniest areas in all of South Tyrol. Here, the sun rises earlier and sets later than down in the valleys. Vöran is a real hiking paradise today.
You can reach Vöran from the village of Burgstall/Postal, between Meran/Merano and Bolzano/Bozen, in just five minutes by the cable car. Bus stop near the valley station in Burgstall (bus line "Bolzano-Meran" or "Citybus Lana").
