We are pleased to serve you some special types of coffee such as genuine Italian cappuccino or a strong espresso on our sunny terrace while you enjoy the views of the Ortler mountain. In our modern coffee shop we offer you a variety of home-made products like South Tyrolean apple strudel, a piece of buckwheat gateau, as well as fruit tartlets and chestnut hearts. The freshness of these products and their local origin are vitally important to us. Some of the ingredients for our dishes include the Vinschgau apricot, berries from the Martell Valley, South Tyrolean speck and spicy Alpine cheese. A variety of sundaes and a number of savoury snacks, locally called ‘marende’, are the ideal accompaniment on a coffee table.

Our chef will delight you with amazing and unexpected flavors. His philosophy is to cook healthfully and to create light and astonishing dishes. He only uses high-quality products and he will satisfy even the most sophisticated palates.

The "Steinrast" 1.723m is hide in the most beautiful lateral valley of the Val d'Ultimo. In summer the "Steinrast" is an ideal starting point for splendid hikes and excursions. We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. Many way-marked footpaths guarantees fun for everyone. We spoil our guests apart from the traditional tyrolean cuicine also with dishes containing home made herbs. For the small ones we offer large tracts on the grass to have fun and play.

Gasthof Rastlhof is situated just above St. Georgen in a very quiet and sunny location. Views of Schenna and Meran. Typical Tyrolean dishes, coffee and cake. The lamb and beef we use comes from Scottish Highland cattle (our own breed). Home-made speck. In autumn, Törggelen is also possible, but only at lunchtime and with prior reservation.

Today, chef and host Andreas Götsch brings a fresh twist to tradition and combines traditional flavours with creative sophistication. Because culinary enjoyment never stands still, our popular pizza is now not only available in the evening, but also at lunchtime. In addition to crispy baked pizza and fluffy pinsa, you can expect crispy salads, juicy burgers and many other delicacies - uncomplicated, regional and served with a charming wink. A visit in the afternoon is particularly worthwhile: home-baked cakes meet the finest ice cream from local manufacturer Venostes - a sweet break with a panoramic view, right in the centre of Val Senales.

The ideal destination for the whole family, located in the hiking and skiing area Klausberg, reachable also by mountain-bike and with baby strollers.
