CEO is a winery in South Tyrol’s Unterland – situated in the extreme south of South Tyrol. The loamy soils – conveyed here over the centuries by periodic flooding of the Etsch / Adige River until it was regulated – form the foundation for the cultivation of grapes yielding very refined, elegant white wines, but also full-bodied, heady red wines. By rigorously regulating the yield, we support natural processes in harmony with nature so as to grow grapes suitable for the production of great wines. We cultivate five different varieties of grape in our own vineyards located in the Unterland of South Tyrol.

The restaurant in the centro of Ora offers italian and traditional dishes, pizza from the wood-burning oven, pizza with wohlemeal flour.

The Gasthof Weissenstein is situated at 1520 m above sea level and offers a restaurant, a beer garden and a terrace with a wonderful panorama. Every day a delicious breakfast awaits you and at lunchtime we surprise you with various delicacies from our kitchen.

Chef and owner, Christian Rainer, is a passionate chef who knows how to cultivate traditional cuisine with love for fresh produce and seasonal dishes. You will find us directly in the museum of the mining world Ridnaun Schneeberg in Maiern. The cozy Knappenstube was built in 1993, paneled with old wood and grown on the robust original wall of the mine. Our restaurant has about 90 seats in the interior and about 90 seats on the panoramic terrace.

Anyone who has already worked their way through the menu or is looking for a change, can find a special tipple time and again with the “beer of the week”. The beer tastings in the sitting room atmosphere with hip beer sommeliers who provide exciting information and news from the brewing kettle are extremely popular.

In our store in via Bastioni Maggiori a coffee bar invites you to relax and enjoy our specialities. For the production of our bread we use only natural ingredients. To the delight of customers attentive to food, our wide assortment of bread was enriched by many organic products. These raw materials are good for health and a pleasure for the palate. Fine pastries, fruit tarts, cakes and strudels, there is something for all tastes. Discover the variety of our products and enjoy every day fresh baked goods.

Healthy cuisine – healthy body – healthy spirit Restaurant Schwarzer Adler – the first guesthouse in Villabassa Schwarzer Adler was the first guesthouse in Villabassa. Opened in the 15th century, philosophers, scientists and other academics and summer guests from the hogher echelons of Austro-Hungarian nobility visited the guesthouse. Under the management of the renowned tourism expert Emma Hellenstainer, the guesthouse became popular for its exquisite cuisine. Guests were spoiled with healthy food already back in Miss Emma's day! This tradition has been preserved up to date. Whenever possible we use home-grown products or products from organic farmers from the surroundings, who we know in person.
