Elena Walch’s vinotheque is a special centre of attraction for all lovers of fine wines. Here you can taste our wines and take a few of them home with you if you wish. We present our whole palette in a comfortable atmosphere and answer your questions about the cultivation and vinification of the individual wines. New opening 2010! A modern, comfortably designed room awaits our visitors in the former monastery saw, which invites you to enjoy and linger. When the weather is nice, the outdoor terrace directly next to the larch forest, offers additional seating in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Not only delicious coffee specialties, fine teas and juices, thirst-quenching drinks, selected types of beer and wine are served, but also small snacks like the soup of the day or a farmer's toast. Try also our delicious homemade cakes, especially the South Tyrolean apple strudel. Our team is looking forward to your visit!

We look forward to indulging you with our superb South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine.

Our farmhouse tavern can be found right on the Merano High Mountain Trail and the Hochmuth cable car mountain station, and is the perfect starting point for a multitude of different hikes. We will be delighted to serve you with our own farm produce and hot food throughout on our sun terrace. Home production of speck bacon and Kaminwurzen smoked sausages. We can be accessed via the Hochmuth cable car; via the Vellauer Felsenweg trail, from the Leiteralm along the Merano High Mountain Trail; via the Tiroler Kreuz inn.

Our new restaurant is situated in the centre of Verano/Vöran. The culinary offer ranges from light dishes to regional and mediterranean delicacies. Fish weeks in March from Thursday to Sunday.
