Wir bewirten Sie gerne auf unserer großen Panoramaterasse sowie im Garten mit Liegewiese. Es finden im Sommer verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt wie das Brotbacken im urigem Steinbackofen, wo Sie miterleben können wie das Brot entsteht und natürlich gibt es auch Brot zum mit nach Hause nehmen. Zu Mittag gibt es Grillfeiern sowie Fondue auf Vorbestellung.

Our restaurant/pizzeria/Bar lies in the centre of Castelrotto. The specialities are different variations of pizza, typical south-tyrolian food like "Schlutzkrapfen" and canederli.

OUR FARM TAVERN We are a family business and together we run a farm tavern in Albions. We are also a farm with various animals. On the farm live donkeys, sheep, calves, chickens, ducks and cat that you can see and pet. The farm tavern "Dillerhof" can be found in Albions, a fraction south of Lajen. It is also an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and is not far from Klausen, Brixen and Bozen. We offer homemade dishes, delicious cakes and coffee or aperitif, also a delicious Marende to strengthen you. Come by and let us spoil you ??????

In our terrace cafe with a sweet tooth will get their costs. Gorgeous ice cream sundae with fresh fruit , hazelnut cup, ice coffee , fresh pies plus a cappuccino, a latte macchiato or a tasty glass of Prosecco. That leaves your heart beat faster! For the peckish, there are delicious bacon plates, mozzarella with tomatoes and other small dishes. For wine lovers, the owner Toni likes to take time to " talk shop " or for an interesting wine recommendation.

“Buon appetito” from Unterwirt We have placed great importance on the cuisine in our house for generations. Franz Tauber was one of the first wine waiters in Alto Adige. He transmitted his passion for fine cuisine and precious wines to the whole family, which became one of Unterwirt’s strengths. The menu varies from season to season. We regularly have culinary weeks based on various themes: first courses, fish specialities or the cuisine of the Valle Isarco. Autumn is the season of chestnut feasts and novello wine. The special chestnut weeks are a culinary highlight in autumn (end of October) along with the chestnut gala evening in late autumn.
