The Mair am Bach Hotel cuisine is very refined; together with the typical South Tyrolean delicacies we offer dishes from international cooking tradition. We offer many South Tyrolean and international delicacies, together with true gastronomic threats which will make every gourmet happy! Our cuisine is also famous for the fish-based dishes. The pleasure of a good meal is completed by a wide choice of vinage wines.

In our restaurant you can savour typical South Tyrolean cuisine, mediterranean and international specialties as well as great local and Italian wines. In addition to half-board, you can have a delicious local lunch on our wonderful panoramic sun terrace or in our restaurant „Rundegg”.

The menu of our small bistro offers a variety of snacks with local products, cold cuts, cheeses, caprese, oven-baked pizzas, soups, different types of sandwiches, and toast.

The bar is the heart of the hotel. Hotel Langhof spoils you with homemade cakes and tarts, little warm snacks and various specialties of ice cream.

The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. Are you a self catering tourist? Do you prefer a bed and breakfast accomodation? Or is the classical full board your favorite option? No matter what style, the Hotel Traube can fulfill any holiday dream. In the morning, we provide a breakfast buffet. At lunch and at dinner, you may choose between various menus featuring Tyrolean delicacies as well as traditional Italian and international dishes. Our restaurant also delivers tasty snacks between meals.

The best South Tyrolean dishes! The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been for about 27 years an important meeting place for both locals and visitors. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer. In the afternoon we serve delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices in our traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. From 5.00 pm, you can also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties. Have fun and spend time together every night, when junior chef Philip prepares fresh cocktails and drinks for its guests at the bar.

Our kitchen brigade daily prepares for you fresh homemade pasta, Tyrolean ravioli Schlutzkrapfen, soups, meat dishes from the best farms of Südtirol, tasty vegetarian courses and delicious homemade desserts by our pastry chef. Apple strudel, ice creams, cakes and much more to delight you. For dinner, we are pleased to offer you a rich buffet of appetizers and salads and a tasty choice-menu. For lunch, we wait for you “à la carte” or with a lighter snack like speck and mountain cheese.

There are no secrets as to how we come up with our culinary creations, we simply have a clear approach to what makes good food: The use of local, natural, biological products that are fresh and seasonal. Artificial seasonings, additives and processed food are off-limits. We believe that this is the first requirement for an excellent meal. This alone however is clearly not enough. Imagination and creativity are also required- but above all we rely on our chefs special culinary skills and talent. All of this is combined with great hospitality and excellent service. Part of South Tyrolean culture is South Tyrolean warmth; treating our guests comes naturally to us. Nothing has to be forced, as we gain pleasure by satisfying our guests. Every day that ends at our restaurant ends with a real highlight: a wonderful dinner with friends.

A country-style inn in the center of Sarentino/Sarnthein Village. Offering local cuisine. Lounge around in our cozy traditional parlor and maybe chat with some of the local farmers.

You will have the possibility to taste and enjoy some of the most famous dishes of the local cuisine as well as our chef's creations.....At your disposal a multi-course dinner... We also organize special dinners or theme evenings such as the traditional "Törggelen" (roasted chestnut and tasting of the new wine) in autumn.
