Oberflitz - Raschötz

• Hiking time: 5h • Trail numbers: 31, 10, 35, 7, 31A • Trail no. 31 starts at the car park Oberflitz (1423 m) and leads continuously ascending in the direction of Flitzer Scharte. After about 1.5 h, the trail becomes steeper and eventually, it ends at the Flitzer Scharte (2108 m). Continue on almost level path (no. 31) across the alp of Raschötz until you reach a trail junction with trail no. 10. There you have the choice: Either you turn right, follow trail no. 10 to Außerraschötz (2281 m) with its impressive cross and then to the Holy Cross Chapel (2198 m) or you turn left onto trail no. 35 and hike directly to the Holy Cross Chapel. From the chapel, hike on trail no. 35 down to Sella Ciaterlin/Tschatterlinsattel (1978 m) and from there, turn right onto trail no. 7 and hike to the cabin Tschatterlin-Hütte (1820 m). Shortly after the cabin, turn onto trail no. 31A and hike back to car park Oberflitz.
