Farm store Pröfinghof

“Pröfing” is derived from “grafting” and, in the vernacular, means something like plant refinement. Just as the fruit trees were once refined and furred, today farmer Annemarie lovingly refines the fruits of our farm. In 2014 we decided to farm the Pröfinghof organically. Of course, this also includes biodiversity and so it came about that more and more fruits and vegetables, berries and herbs were planted around our farm. Since 2015 we have also been offering all of these processed treats in the small farm shop!

In our family farm shops we sell: vegetables and fruits of the saison, fruit spread, juices, dried fruit, eggs, and honey from our bees.

We are South Tyrolean drinking water refill point!
Respect the mountains
The fountain is located in the outdoor area on the farm grounds of the Pröfinghof.
Open 24 hours a day.
