The toboggan run at the Oberhauser Hütte is suitable for adults and children. It starts near the new water reservoir above the hut and finishes directly at the Oberhauser Hütte. The approximately 370-metre-long run has an easy to intermediate difficulty level and is particularly suitable for families and leisurely descents.
Use of the toboggan run is free of charge. When the run is prepared, you can access it at any time. Toboggan hire is available during the Oberhauser Hütte’s opening hours from 26 December to 1 March. Monday is the weekly closing day.
Hire prices:
Toboggan: €5.00 plus a €20.00 deposit
Snow saucer: €2.50 plus a €10.00 deposit
Helmet: €3.00, subject to availability
As helmets are compulsory, you must wear one while tobogganing. After your descent, you can stop for refreshments at the Oberhauser Hütte.
Parking is available at the Zumis parking lot.
