Our walk starts in Mühlen in Taufers/Molini di Tures at the church where we go south to "Schattenbergstraße" road, which leads us to a sloping path up the "Schattenberg" to the first mountain farms. After the 2nd sharp bend, we find the first signpost pointing towards the High platform and here we turn off to our left. The path leads relatively steeply upward; it is a narrow forest path. After about half an hour walk through the spruce forest, we reach the plateau which gives a stunning view of Taufers' valley basin.
