Surrounded by the picturesque backdrop of the Eppan wine-growing region and with breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the valley below, this is the ideal place to leave everyday life behind. We serve dishes that combine alpine ingredients with our diverse cultural backgrounds: mushrooms and herbs from the surrounding meadows and forests meet vegetables and fruit from our own market garden, refined with homemade misos, soy sauces, and curries.
