From the top of the Helm / Monte Elmo across the Alta Via Carnica and through wood until Innichen / San Candido.
Take the cablecar from Vierschach / Versciaco or Sexten / Sesto to the Mount Elmo. Follow the path number 4 across the Baita del Cacciatore and through wood until Innichen / San Candido.
Attention: the cable car starting from Vierschach / Versciaco is closed in summer 2026.
Getting to the starting point (valley station cable car Helm / Monte Elmo) of the tour by public transport is possible (bus number 447 to the bus stop "Vierschach Helm / Versciaco Monte Elmo" or train 400 to Vierschach / Versciaco).
By car, bus or train to Vierscach / Versciaco.
