The Concordia circular trail on Kronplatz is a perfect hike for the whole family. The trail loops around the summit plateau of Kronplatz, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Dolomites and the Alps. The well-maintained path is easy to walk and takes about an hour. Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to admire the stunning mountain scenery and enjoy the fresh alpine air. This hike is particularly popular with families, as it involves no significant elevation changes and is kid-friendly. A highlight of this tour is the visit to the Messner Mountain Museum Corones, which is located directly along the trail.
Coming from Innsbruck/Brenner (A): Drive on the Highway of Brenner (A22) until the exit Brixen/Pustertal, then go on along the SS49-E66 for about 50kms until you arrive in Olang/Valdaora.
Coming from Lienz (A): You can reach us also padding by Lienz in Westtyrol (A). You have to cross the Austrian-Italian border between Ahrnbach and Winnebach (B100-E66) and drive on the SS46-E66 until Olang/Valdaora
Coming from Bozen: Highway of Brenner (A22) until the exit Brixen/Pustertal, then go on along the SS49-E66 for about 50kms until you arrive in Olang/Valdaora.
