Troi Paian

From the bus stop at the Costamula restaurant (1600m), follow path no. 5 uphill towards the middle station of the Seceda cable car. There, take trail no. 8 northwards in the direction of Rasciesa until you pass the funicular railroad. Here, always following trail no. 8, the Troi Paian starts. The high trail is relatively easy to walk. There is only one part, the "Katzenleiter" , which requires a bit more concentration. Here, however, there is a rope to hold on to. Most of the Troi Paian is flat with only a few ascents and descents to St. Peter. From there you can take the bus 351 and go back to Lajen/Laion. Alternatively, hikers with more stamina can walk along the Poststeig trail to Lajen/Laion.
