At the small farm shop in San Giacomo near Laives, high-quality organic products are created with great care and passion using fruit from the farm’s own sustainable cultivation. The small artisan workshop specializes in processing organically grown fruit and focuses on natural ingredients and environmentally friendly production methods. Apples and seasonal fruits are transformed into delicious fruit spreads, aromatic chutneys, crispy dried apple slices, and natural juices – all without preservatives.

Especially popular are the handmade fruit spreads, refined with ingredients such as cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin, or caramel depending on the season. The thin, crunchy dried apple slices make a healthy and flavorful snack, while the fruity and slightly spicy chutneys pair perfectly with cheese, meat, and cold cuts.

Depending on the season, visitors can also purchase different varieties of crisp apples fresh from the orchard. Every visit is unique, as the assortment changes with the seasons and is continuously expanded with new recipes and creations.
