Gassgut in the Jaufental Valley: Sabrina Rainer, under the name "Blühgut", creates natural floristry from local and wild flowers for all seasons and celebrations.

The Gassgut farm is run by Sabrina Rainer, a farmer and florist with passion. Numerous flowers grow on the farm’s meadows and fields, which are processed fresh or dried depending on the season. In summer, she offers fresh flowers, and in winter, carefully dried arrangements. With a great sense of aesthetics, Sabrina Rainer creates individual floral designs for celebrations and special occasions – from weddings to small gatherings.

From Sterzing, take bus line 314 (Sterzing–Jaufen Valley) to the final stop “Mittertal/Val di Mezzo”. From there, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the destination.

From Sterzing, head towards the Jaufental Valley and continue to Mittertal.
Parking
Parking is available in Mittertal at the recycling center.
