With the cable car from Ortisei to Rasciesa. From the mountain station short hike to the summit cross of Rasciesa with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites. Via trail no. 35 descend over the "Torwand" to the Tschan meadows. Here you take the path junction with marking no. 7 to the Solerhof in Freins/Fraina. From there the trail changes to trail no. 6 to Freins/Fraina.
Coming from the north you will reach our region via Munich - Kufstein - Innsbruck - Brenner - Klausen (exit Chiusa / Val Gardena), take the SS Val Gardena until to Ortisei
