The short village walk in Hofern/Corti is a pleasant circular hike through the village and its peaceful surroundings. The route leads past meadows, traditional farms and quiet woodland, offering a relaxed way to discover the area.
Along the way, there are beautiful views of the village and the surrounding mountain landscape. The varied but easy-going route is ideal for families, leisurely hikers or a short walk.

The hike starts in the centre of Hofern/Corti. From here, follow trail no. 18A, which leads along easy paths through the peaceful surroundings of the village.
Continue by turning onto trail no. 65, which takes you through the rural landscape around Hofern/Corti, past meadows and traditional farms. Finally, follow trail no. 3–7 back towards the village centre and the starting point.

For this easy and short hike, comfortable, sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are sufficient.

From Kiens/Chienes, you can easily reach Hofern/Corti with village bus no. 423. During the summer months, hiking bus no. 426 is also available. The hike starts directly in the centre of Hofern/Corti.
From Bruneck/Brunico, follow the Pustertal Valley state road (SS49) towards Brixen/Bressanone as far as Kiens/Chienes. In the village centre, turn uphill towards Pfalzen/Falzes and Issing/Issengo. At the junction with the Pustertal Sun Road, turn left towards Hofern/Corti and continue to the village centre.
From the Brixen/Bressanone–Pustertal/Val Pusteria motorway exit, follow the Pustertal Valley state road (SS49) to Kiens/Chienes. In the village centre, turn uphill and follow the signs for Hofern/Corti.
Parking is available in the centre of Hofern/Corti, close to the starting point of the hike.
