The Viedalm circular hiking trail guides you in to the alpine mountain world at the feet of the rocky summits of Pfitsch valley with a beautiful view over the valley ground.
By the parking lot in St. Jakob over the bridge and along the trail 9. After the small stream on trail 10 steep upwards to the Viedalm mountain hut (1958m, no service). Furtheron on trail 10 and then on the right side along trail 11A passing the mountain pastures and descent to the Platz hamlet. Return on the Hintertalweg trail to St. Jakob. Lunch possibilities: Gasthof Pfitscherhof, Gasthof Neuwirt, Restaurant Hofer
