The tour is a circular nature trail with its starting and ending point at the valley station of the Tiers cable car.
From the starting point, you first follow trail no. 7, which runs along the stream towards Ziegelofen. At Ziegelofen you cross the road and then continue on trail no. 2 towards Tschamin Schwaige / the vanatian saw mill "Steger Säge", passing the old power station.
Along the path there are several stations that provide information about nature, some of which are interactive.
At the venetian saw mill "Steger Säge" the trail continues on path no. 12, passing the new St. Zyprian power station. Afterwards you follow trails no. 12a and then no. 12b. Behind Hotel Dosses the path leads uphill and back to the valley station of the Tiers cable car, the starting point of the circular hike.
The starting point is easily accessible by public transport:
Take bus line 176 from Völs am Schlern or bus line 185 from Bolzano/Bozen bus station to St. Zyprian at the valley station of the Tiers Cabrio cable car, the starting point of our tour.Coming from the North:
Motorway exit A 22 Klausen/Chiusa - Dolomites region Seiser Alm to Tiers am Rosengarten (30 km) and to St. Zyprian.
Coming from the South:
Motorway exit A 22 Bozen/Bolzano Nord - Seiser Alm holiday area to Tiers am Rosengarten (18 km) and to St. Zyprian
