The Pinot Noir walkway leads through the Pinot Nor growing area along the Trudner Horn/Monte Corno Nature Park and the characteristic villages of Auer/Ora, Montan/Montagna and Neumarkt/Egna. The Pinot Noir growing area in Montan and Mazon/Mazzon is one of the most famous in Italy. Furthermore you walk through several monuments and historical places. The walkway is family-friendly and not dangerous.
Starting Point 1: From the center of Neumarkt you walk from the Geigenhäuslweg to Mazon and to the Kaldiff Castle. Through beautiful vineyards and historic wineries you go back to Neumarkt.
Starting Point 2: Fron Vill to Mazon and the Kaldiff Castle. Passing several vineyards and wineries, you arrive at the St. Michael's Church in Mazon. From there you walk back to Vill.
Highway A22, exit Neumarkt/Auer, direction Neumarkt.
Car parking in Neumarkt: Bonatti Platz, Trientstraße and at the Bus station at the middle school.
Car Parking in Vill: Platzstraße (in front of the M-Preis supermarket), Boznerstraße (in front of Bar Vaja)
