Trailrun - Nock panoramic mountain

The starting point is in Vernagt at the lake at 1,700 metres above sea level, continue via the meadow path up to the Tisenhof and via path no. 7 past the Finailhof and to Kurzras at 2,000 metres above sea level. There you cross the bridge in the direction of the Lazaun cable car and then follow path no. 4 past the Wieshof, on to the Lagauntal and to the Bergl Alm. From there, walk across a few terrain crossings to the first fork in the trail, where you turn right towards Nockspitze. The trail climbs in serpentines up to the ridge just below the Nockspitze. From there to the summit, there are still a few metres of elevation gain over rocky terrain until you reach the Nockspitze at 2,719 metres above sea level. The descent follows the same route to the first fork in the trail. From there, follow trail no. 17 in the direction of Vernagt across pastures and then through dense forest back to the starting point.
