    As you glide down the slopes or toboggan, you will be accompanied by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ahrntal mountains. It's as if the majestic nature itself applauds every turn you make. This scenery, combined with perfectly groomed slopes, makes Klausberg an unforgettable experience.

    Snow-sure? At Klausberg, it's no issue! Thanks to its privileged location, the slopes remain snow-covered and in optimal condition well into the spring. This means you can enjoy an extended season here and relish the snow to the fullest.

    The steepest! Joch ski run from the Sattele (at 2,470m, the highest point in the San Martino/Reinswald ski area) to Pfnatsch-Alm. One section even has a gradient of 58%. The Joch ski run data: 400 metres above sea level along a length of 1.5km! Here often the slalom artists of Italian Ski Team have a training stage.

    The longest and most enjoyable Pichlberg-Plankenhorn from the "Sattele" (2,460 m) to the base station (1,570 m) – 3.7km long with an altitude difference of nearly 900m. These fantastic slopes with their breathtaking panoramic views will not fail to impress. The piste is to full European Cup standards with superb crossover points and speeds capable of giving you that rollercoaster feeling. The Plankenhorn piste is wide and bordered by Alpine meadows along its entire route, offering a constant invitation to venture out into the deep snow.

    The „Hasen-Abfahrt“, which means rabbit descent and takes its name from the Hasen-Kofel locality (rabbit hill), branches off from the „Transhumanz“ slope and leads skiers through a larch forest and along the hotels to the valley station of the Lazaun cable car. The Hasen-Abfahrt ski run is 920 metres long, 6 metres wide on average, with a maximum gradient of 29.7% and an altitude difference of 127 metres.

    The ski slope starts below the Teufelsegg hut with a transversal passage, offers a wonderful view of Kurzras and ends at the valley station of the cable car. „Transhumanz“: the slope is named after the tradition of long-distance grazing; thousands of sheep have been moving across the glacier every spring and autumn in the immediate vicinity for more than 600 years. The „Transhumanz“ slope is 1,562 metres long, 28 metres wide on average; it has a maximum gradient of 42 percent and a height difference of 303 metres.

    The "Reinswalder Wiesn" toboggan run is an experience not to be missed. The run starts at 2,130, above sea level at the Pichlberg Alpine bar/restaurant and winds its way down past hillsides deep in snow to the welcoming Sunnolm restaurant (www.sunnolm.it) at the cable railway base station.
