    The Obersee slope, which is a circuit and is truncated starts at the place where the ski bus turns, proceeding to Staller Sattel. Along the banks of Lake Obersee, the slope proceeds to the Oberseehütte and back to the panorama display board at the car park.

    Malga di Tarres and Malga di Laces at the Monte Tramontana of Laces in Val Venosta invite to numerous hikes, high mountain tours and bike tours in summer. Lago di Tarres, Laghi del Covolo, Jochwaal irrigation channel, Zwölferkreuz peak, Orecchia di Lepre (glacier) or Gran Ladro are just some examples. Other popular tours are the crossing to Val d’Ultimo or the pleasant alpine pasture tour. All hikes offer marvelous panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

    You can comfortably reach the Malga di Tarres and Malga di Laces hiking paradise by chair lift. In winter, it turns into one of the most unspoilt areas for snowshoe hikers and ski tourers.

    At the Arsangsloipe, the circuit runs from the Bergkastel valley station to Fuhrmannsloch and back (classic trail).

    The trail is a classic double-track trail and mostly leads over quite gentle, partly hilly terrain. This trail is also the perfect circuit for beginners. The Café Restaurant Arsangs at the valley station and the kiosk or one or the other pizzeria on the Italian border invite you to stop for a bite to eat.

    Nauders Reschenloipe cross-country ski run

    The Reschen circular trail, which can be combined several times, is very attractive for cross-country skiers. 
    You can start from Gasthof Martha via the Libaneresloipe, which then joins the Reschenloipe at the valley station, or you can start directly at the valley station. The trail leads across the slightly hilly Arsang meadows in the direction of Fuhrmannsloch. With a short ascent and equally long descent, you run to the border. Here you can cross the federal road and continue to the Reschensee lake, where the church tower of Alt-Graun, juts out of the ice. There are refreshment stops right at the national border.

    Connecting run Monte Pana - Seiser Alm

    This track connecting Monte Pana to Saltria at Seiser Alm runs through the Iender Valley and is suitable for experienced cross-country skiers only. By reaching Seiser Alm you can run on up to 50 km of tracks. For less experienced skiers there is also a bus connection between Monte Pana and Saltria.

    Those of you who are looking fo a bit more of a challenge and to put your fitness to the test will be very well catered for on the Feistritz slope. After the start near the school, the slope proceeds along the river Schwarzach heading to Feistritz. When you pass the valley station for the Feistritz lift, the slope climps to the highest point of the tour. Afterwards there is a very challenging descent in serpentine bends to the turning point at Kasselplatz near Hotel Defereggental. Proceed back via the sharply climbing slope to the highest point in Feistritz. From here, pass the St. Leonhard church back to the starting point.

    The Moas high-altitude trail runs through a very beautiful forest landscape from the Norbertshöhe to the Pflanzgarten and back again. Stop for refreshments at the Gasthof Norbertshöhe.

    Relaxation and fitness is available for cross-country skiers of every age here. The access area is at the panoramic display board at the school. The slope proceeds across the bridge heading out of the valley, next to the Schwarzach to Lackbrücke. After a short ascent continue and anjoy an easy descent to Schwefelbrunn back to the starting point.

    The trail starts above the "Tiefer Gatter" and leads to the natural jewel of the Schwarzer See. The special thing about it is that the start of the cross-country trail is just above 1,574 metres. Once you reach the top, you will experience a breathtaking winter landscape in the Tyrolean mountains. Stop for refreshments at the Riatschhof.
    Tip: The best way to get to the start is on foot. (Footpath approx. 30 minutes from the Mutzkopf valley station).

    A not especially difficult slope through a scenic area into the valley, with two easy climbs at Bad Grünmoos and before the Forstmeile. Direct from the cross-country stadium across pastureland into the valley, after crossing Sander bridge follow the slope to the right, pass Bad Grünmoos and head for Forstmeile. Always keep right at the Schwarzach and main section in the forest, continue to get to the turning point an Kirchl Maria Hilf.

    The Libaneresloipe leads from the edge of the village to the valley station and back again. From the valley station you can join other trails. The trail is the perfect circular route with one or two slight ascents and descents. Refreshment stops: Gasthof Martha or Restaurant Arsangs at the valley station.
    Tip: The best way to get to the start is on foot via Alte Straße past Naudersberg Castle in the direction of the valley station / Gasthof Martha or via the Oberdorf connecting trail.
