This arena hosts the world's most important biathlon competitions, and  from 8 to 21 February 2026, it will be the stage for the Milano Cortina Olympic events. One of the athletes at the Olympic and Paralympic Games is Dorothea Wierer, the South Tyrolean champion.

Information about the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics

The Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games will take place from 6 to 22 February 2026. 

You can only buy tickets on the official event portal. Each ticket is personal: before the event, you must enter the name of the person who will use it. Unofficial channels do not provide valid access.

The Olympic programme includes 16 official disciplines. For the first time, ski mountaineering has joined the line-up. Classic sports such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, bobsleigh, curling, figure skating, short-track speed skating, skeleton and snowboarding also await.

You can easily reach Bolzano/Bozen or Brixen/Bressanone by train, and from there continue to Antholz by public transport and shuttle. The routes are easy and safe, even in the middle of winter.
