The Carpaccio Concert Association is a group of young musicians, mainly from South Tyrol. Since its founding in 2015, numerous projects have been carried out under the direction of Lorenz Bozzetta and Olivier Mourault, focusing on the rehearsal and performance of classical music works. The ensemble’s formation varies depending on the project, ranging from small groups to larger chamber orchestras with choir and vocal soloists. Performers include amateur, student, and professional musicians. Many members are currently studying at music universities and conservatories in Bolzano, Innsbruck, Basel, Lucerne, Salzburg, and Vienna
