Orizzonti Creativi - The House with a Hundred Doors

As part of the Orizzonti Creativi Festival, author and illustrator Simone Frasca takes the audience on a journey through the world's mythologies.

From Greece to Japan, through the Amazon rainforest and Central Africa: the event explores extraordinary creatures from different cultures – some unsettling, like the Kappa from "The House of a Hundred Doors" (Piemme), others fascinating, like the Curupira from "Mandeville" (Libri Volanti).

As the author and illustrator of his own books, Frasca will walk through the entire creative process behind his works: from the initial idea to the sketches and the finished result.

The event closes with the workshop "Don't Open This Door", in which children are invited to invent their own magic doors.
