Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: „Vom Beet auf den Teller“

Whether in the valley or up in the mountains, the variety of produce grown in the farm’s own kitchen garden provides healthy and balanced vegetarian dishes all year round. With the right inspiration, these dishes can be easily incorporated into everyday life. At this cooking event, create refined dishes and discover just how much the vegetarian farm-to-table cuisine has to offer.

Event description
Participants can look forward to a four-course menu prepared with local ingredients sourced from farms across South Tyrol.

Experienced culinary professionals, well-versed in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through an enjoyable evening centred around traditional farm cooking and provide fresh inspiration for both familiar and lesser-known dishes.

You can look forward to exciting tips and tricks in the cooking school’s kitchen. Not only will you have the opportunity to get hands-on and prepare the dishes yourself, but you will also be able to enjoy the food you have cooked throughout the evening.

Together around the large table, the “tavolata”, the dishes prepared by the participants will then take centre stage, accompanied by carefully selected wines.
