Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: „Wild auf Genuss - Wildfleisch

At this cooking event, you will discover the many facets of game meat and learn how to prepare not only the classic cuts, but also lesser-known ones in delicious and appealing ways. Under expert guidance, you will create dishes that bring the authenticity and connection to nature of South Tyrol to the plate. From hearty game ragout to modern interpretations, game meat reveals its full range of flavours and shows that mindful enjoyment begins with making the most of the whole animal.

Event Description
Participants can look forward to a four-course menu prepared with local ingredients sourced from farms across South Tyrol.

Experienced culinary professionals, well-versed in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through a delightful evening of traditional farm cooking and provide fresh inspiration for both familiar and lesser-known dishes.

You can look forward to exciting tips and tricks in the cooking school’s kitchen. Not only will you have the opportunity to get hands-on and prepare the dishes yourself, but you will also be able to enjoy the dishes you have cooked throughout the evening.

Together around the large table, the “tavolata”, the dishes prepared by the participants will then take centre stage, accompanied by carefully selected wines.
