Alta Badia embraces inclusion: sit-skiing returns with Freerider Sport Events

A new, inclusive vision of the mountains is emerging in Alta Badia, where sit-skiing is becoming part of the local culture thanks to Freerider Sport Events and its twenty years of experience. After the successful 2024 debut with over 150 participants, the Freerider Skitour will return from 26 to 30 March 2026, hosted by the Movi Family Apart Hotel and supported by Moviment Alta Badia, Ski Carisello and Club Moritzino. Instructors, guides and volunteers help people with disabilities discover skiing as freedom and autonomy. Year-round accessibility, shared expertise and strong partnerships have made Alta Badia a model of a truly inclusive mountain for all.
