Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: „ „Bsunders guat“ “

Rooted in our region, this cooking event brings authentic South Tyrolean tradition to your kitchen. Typical dishes from traditional farm cuisine are prepared in the classic way and refined with modern influences. The result? Dishes you have prepared yourself that are simply “bsunders guat” – exceptionally delicious.

Event Description
Participants can look forward to a four-course menu prepared with local ingredients sourced from farms across South Tyrol. Experienced culinary professionals, well-versed in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through a delightful evening of traditional farm cooking and provide fresh inspiration for both familiar and lesser-known dishes.

You can look forward to exciting tips and tricks in the cooking school’s kitchen. Not only will you have the opportunity to get hands-on and prepare the dishes yourself, but you will also be able to enjoy the dishes you have cooked throughout the evening.

Together around the large table, the “tavolata”, the dishes prepared by the participants will then take centre stage, accompanied by carefully selected wines.
