For the 22nd time this year, the kitchen maestro wants to inspire his guests again at the Great Gourmet Event in St. Pauls | Eppan, the menu remains secret until shortly before the event. The Eppan wineries will present their fine wines over a cosy aperitif on a warm summer evening. Matching the refined Hintners menu, exquisite wines are served and expertly described by the service team.
