Resia Rosolina | Relay

430 km in total, from the source to the mouth of the Adige. 1 team of 10 runners, divided into 2 teams. 40 stages of approx. 10 km each. Each athlete runs 4 non-consecutive stages with a rest of 90 km between each stage. 95% of the race takes place on the cycle paths along the Adige river. The race is run by day as well as by night!
