Theatre in Italian: La Tempesta

An island suspended between magic and reality, where exile becomes salvation.
A theater company has little time to stage William Shakespeare’s *The Tempest*. The actors are already immersed in their characters as the island takes shape on stage: a place of exile, power, and enchantment. Prospero, a deposed duke and magician, lives with his daughter Miranda and commands spirits like Ariel, while keeping Caliban in chains. After a storm he conjures, his enemies are shipwrecked on the island, setting a plan for revenge in motion. Amid love, conflict, and desires for freedom, everyone seeks a way out of their captivity. The dynamics of the story are reflected within the troupe: reality and fiction blur. Along the way, the possibility of forgiveness emerges, and the island becomes a space for transformation and rebirth.
