The hike starts at the village square in Lajen/Laion. From here you walk together with the hiking guide Helmuth via Fonteklaus to Freins. Arrived at Petra's Honey Hut you come to the first tasting. Different honey variations are tasted and different products are discovered. All are self-produced and processed. Now it goes back to Fonteklaus where lunch is already waiting. After lunch we continue to Lusenegg where the taxi will take us to Novale/Ried. Here is the second stop - jam. At the Zinegg farm there is a wide variety of jams to taste. Afterwards the day ends with the hike to Lajen.

    Tourst Information Lajen/Laion
    From the respective fractions to Lajen village.

    Coming from Bressanone you drive to Chiusa and over the SS into the Val Gardena until the crossroads at Lajen/Ried where you turn left to Lajen. After about 3 km you reach the village.

    Coming from Bolzano you drive to the center of Ponte Gardena. When you arrive at the train station, keep going uphill until you reach a crossroads where you take the SS to Val Gardena. At the crossroads in Lajen/Ried turn left towards Lajen. After about 3 km you reach the village.on the respective fractions to Lajen village.
